well we have a new cherrybub on the way, I should be due july, so its all pretty wow!!

our little chickkie babes. The last one to hatch was the bottom yellow one. Was VERY cold outside last night, so brought them in, mums still sitting on about 5 more eggs.

Last night (1:30am) some drunken idiot ran into our fence. Dh heard the screetch and collision , ran out to check to see if our poor cherry of a car was ok (luckily its fine) and was just in time to see a white sedan reverse off the fence and speed off. We called the police and reported it.
If he came in any harder the car would not have been so lucky.

my lace and cotton cherry has popped!!

ok, so I've knitted now with lace!! and I've knitted lace with a cotton. and I know many have, but I haven't and I didn't hate it like I thought I would. The pattern is a TiKKi Tropical Lily and my DD looks great in it!! You will have to excuse her, shes a bit sweaty after a big day playing castles.
